CONTEST RULES

•  This contest is organized by Elle Home Staging (the organizing company). No purchase is necessary. The contest will run from June 12 to June 26, midnight.
• Participation in this contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules by the participants. This contest is not associated with, managed by, or sponsored by Facebook or Instagram. 

The Prize Includes:

•  The winner will receive a Home Staging service valued at $5,000 for a property of up to 1,500 square feet, from the provider’s client portfolio and located in the Greater Montreal area (see eligible regions), to be used before December 31, 2025. 

• The prize includes staging by up to three stylists, furniture and accessory rental for 45 days (renewable under current terms), and transportation.

• The staging will cover the living room, dining room (up to 6 chairs), kitchen, master bedroom, one additional bedroom or office, and one bathroom.
Any additional rooms may be staged at the regular rate.

Exclusions:

• The prize does not include curtains or any other special additions.

•  Any specific requests may be discussed with the stylist and will be billed at the current rate.

• This contest is intended for brokers in the Greater Montreal area.

• The winner will be contacted by Elle Home Staging’s marketing team no later than June 30, 2025, via private message through the Elle Home Staging Messenger account.

• They must acknowledge receipt by replying to the message within 72 hours. If no response is received within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited.

• If any of the conditions outlined in these rules are not met, the selected participant’s entry will be disqualified, and a new winner will be chosen in accordance with the contest rules, until a participant is successfully selected and confirmed as the winner. 

• Elle Home Staging reserves the right to cancel all or part of the competition if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever

• Elle Home Staging also reserves the right to suspend the game, shorten it or extend it without notice if circumstances so require. No compensation can be requested by the participants.

• Participation in the competition implies the authorization given to the competition organizer to keep the personal data of the participants. Elle Home Staging undertakes to keep this data for its own purposes and not to communicate the information collected to third parties.
